Our items are made to order and require a 7-business day processing time. All free promotions take up to 2-weeks to process and ship. After your order is fulfilled, you will receive your order based on the shipping option you selected. You will receive an email with your tracking number. Should you have any questions, simply contact us and we will gladly assist you.
We offer a flat rate $5.00 domestic ground shipping on all orders, except free item promotions or if otherwise stated. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for loss, damaged, or delayed packages, and we are not liable for the USPS services. If there are any delays or concerns, please contact your local post office with your tracking number. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds or reship orders under these circumstances. You may elect to purchase shipping insurance during checkout.
Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES + REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS
Sales are final on all orders. We are not able to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, in the unlikely event you receive a damaged item we will gladly replace it. We appreciate your understanding.
DEFECTIVE + WRONG ITEM
Our apology if you received the wrong or damaged item. We will fix any mistakes made by Hustler To CEO® and make sure you get the right item as soon as possible. You must contact Customer Service within 5 days from receipt of goods. Please use our Contact form to submit your request. Be sure to select “My Order” and include your order number, the wrong or damaged item received. Once we receive your request, we will contact you and ask you to submit an image.
Our offices are closed on the following days and no items will be processed or shipped.
